Shaun Chapman
Shaun Chapman’s entrepreneurial journey began on the family’s farm in North Queensland, where he launched his first business venture at the age of 14, selling farm-grown produce to local businesses. This early initiative evolved into a wholesale fruit and vegetable company, supplying grower agents throughout Queensland and interstate.
After completing his electrical trade, Shaun gained hands-on experience across the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors in both Queensland and Western Australia. At the age of 28, he completed his first property development.
In 2016, Shaun and his business partner acquired their first hospitality venture, Brew Café & Wine Bar. The acquisition followed an extensive due diligence process, including the review of over 80 listed businesses, commercial tenancies, and leases. This commitment to understanding market forces and location dynamics laid the foundation for the successful acquisition of four hospitality venues. Each of the four venues continue to achieve year-on-year growth and currently employing over 100 staff.
Driven by a passion for business, property, and investing, Shaun has achieved consistent success across each of his ventures. Today, his focus is on strategic land acquisition, commercially viable development, and building long-term partnerships as he continues to shape a forward-looking business career founded on integrity, relationships, and opportunity.
